Justin Hayes:
Justin oversees the Idaho Conservation League’s conservation programs, which protect Idaho’s water quality, wildlands, climate and the quality of life enjoyed by all Idahoans. Justin also carries out much of ICL’s more technical work related to air quality, water quality and mining. In addition, he coordinates all of the organization’s litigation. Before becoming ICL’s new executive director in 2019, Justin served as the program director at ICL since 2001.

Mark Menlove:
Mark came to The Nature Conservancy after serving 14 years as the Executive Director for the Idaho-based Winter Wildlands Alliance. His recent accomplishments also include co-founding the Outdoor Alliance and the Idaho Outdoor Business Council. Through these efforts, Mark has been a leading voice and advocate for federal and state conservation funding, public lands policy, climate science and engaging the outdoor recreation community in conservation.

Nic Nelson:
Nic joined Idaho Rivers United as Executive Director in 2019. A native of Wyoming and a graduate of the University of Idaho, Nic has dedicated his career to conservation, working on conservation efforts for elk, raptors, and waterfowl; in addition to wilderness advocacy and permanent land protection campaigns. When not in the office, you can find Nic wetting a line on one of Idaho\'s blue ribbon fisheries or playing in the beautiful mountains that make Idaho the ideal place to live.
