E-bikes have rapidly become an increasingly popular way for people to get outside and interact with nature within built and wildland settings. With that growth, public trails within municipalities and adjacent urban-interface areas are pressured to regulate/manage for e-bikes with a wide range of stakeholders showing enthusiastic support and/or concerns.
